
The “Tourism Eagle” award, one of the most prestigious awards in Poland’s tourism sector, was presented to Kaan Ergün, Vice President in Charge of Poland at Coral Travel Group.
Granted by Rzeczpospolita, Poland’s oldest and most respected newspaper with a history of over 100 years, the award honors individuals who have made significant contributions to tourism. The award’s jury includes representatives from tourism sector associations, public officials, and journalists, and is given to entrepreneurs, experts, politicians, public officials, and academics who have played a key role in the development of tourism and have influenced the sector.
Kaan Ergün, Vice President in Charge of Poland at Coral Travel Group, was recognized for his long-standing contributions to Polish tourism, his successes in business, and his exemplary conduct.
“We provided holiday services to 935,000 Poles”
Operating in Poland for 25 years, Coral Travel is one of the country’s largest and most well-known tour operators. Mentioning that their market share in Poland exceeds 20%, Kaan Ergün said, “This year, we are providing holiday services to approximately 935,000 Polish guests. Throughout 2024, we hosted over 500,000 Polish guests in Turkey.”
