Standing out among 105,000 reviews
As part of the annual program, which analyzes independent guest feedback from around the world, approximately 105,000 reviews were evaluated this year. Only 949 hotels were selected for the award, with Gloria Serenity Resort and Gloria Golf Resort standing out thanks to their high guest satisfaction scores.
The awards are based on key criteria such as service quality, overall stay experience, and guest satisfaction.
