Turkish Chef’s Burger Meets Passengers on International Flights

A famous burger restaurant, affiliated with one of the most well-known steakhouse brands for many years, has been launched at İGA Istanbul Airport, which hosts the largest food and beverage area in the world. Saltbe, a burger restaurant part of the international restaurant chain Nusr-Et led by a Turkish chef, will now serve passengers at the airport.

A burger restaurant, affiliated with one of the most renowned steakhouse concepts for many years, has been launched at İGA Istanbul Airport, which boasts the largest food and beverage area in the world. Saltbe, a burger restaurant linked to the international restaurant chain Nusr-Et by the Turkish chef, will meet passengers at the airport.

The airport, located at the crossroads of Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, aims to approach its target of 80 million passengers by the end of 2023. The restaurant was opened under the auspices of TUM, which serves passengers with over 100 businesses offering food and beverage services. TUM, bringing together Turkish and world cuisine flavors, will enable international passengers to experience Saltbae Burger before their travel.
