Global Investment Holding’s Karaköy Hotel to be Operated by Hilton

Global Yatırım Holding, Karaköy’deki eski ofis binasını Curio Collection by Hilton Hotel’e dönüştürüyor. 2025’te açılması planlanan otel, RIHTIM51 tarafından hayata geçiriliyor. Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Serdar Kırmaz, Karaköy’ün İstanbul’un turizm potansiyeli için önemli bir fırsat sunduğunu belirterek, şirketin Türkiye’nin turizm gelişimine katkı sağlamak için yatırımlarına devam ettiğini ifade etti.

Global Investment Holding’s Karaköy Hotel to be Operated by Hilton

Another hotel is being added to Karaköy, Istanbul’s fastest-growing tourism area. The building in Karaköy, which used to be the office building of Global Investment Holding, which operates in 4 continents and 19 countries through various business investments, is nearing completion after a period of construction work as a hotel. An agreement has been signed with Hilton to operate the hotel. Under this agreement, the Karaköy hotel will operate under Hilton’s “Curio Collection by Hilton” brand and will be added to the two other Curio Collection by Hilton hotels already operating in Turkey, with the new hotel set to open in 2025.

The construction work on the building, located on Rıhtım Street in the desirable area of Karaköy, is being carried out by Global Investment Holding’s subsidiary, RIHTIM51 Real Estate Investments A.Ş. The building, which will serve as a hotel, spans an area of 6,603 square meters.

The hotel will have 90 rooms.
