MID-TERM BREAKS BOOST TURKISH INTEREST

The recent mid-term breaks, which saw 100,000 Turks visiting Dubai, also reflected in property sales. Çimen confirmed this increased traffic and sales volume during the period: “Many Turkish investors who visited Dubai during the mid-term break returned having made investments. Dubai exceeds the expectations of those who come as tourists or investors. While visitors in cities like Istanbul, London, and New York spend an average of 12-13 billion dollars, in Dubai, this figure rises to 30 billion dollars. This is a clear indicator of the type of investors and tourists Dubai attracts.”

Discussing the future of Dubai’s real estate market, Özden Çimen remarked that the city has not yet reached its full capacity and opportunities for growth continue: “Dubai’s infrastructure investments and its evolving economy will continue to develop for many years. 2023 yılına, Dubai’nin TripAdvisor Seyahatçi Seçimi Ödülleri 2023’te üst üste ikinci kez No.1 küresel destinasyon olarak seçilmesiyle başladıklarını belirten Dubai Ekonomi ve Turizm Departmanı (DET) Asya Pasifik bölgesinden sorumlu Uluslararası Operasyonlar Bölgesel Direktörü Shahab Shayan, bu sıralamanın, seyahatseverlerin 12 ay boyunca farklı destinasyonlardaki konaklama, restoranlar ve yapılacak etkinlikler hakkındaki yorumları ve derecelendirmelerine dayandığını vurguladı. Bu başarının yüksek orandaki ziyaretçi artışıyla daha da pekiştirildiğini aktaran Shayan, bu artışın Türkiye’den değerli ortaklıkların desteğiyle de devam edeceğini umduklarını belirtti.

Dubai ve Auckland arasındaki aktarmasız seferler aynı zamanda 14.200km ile Emirates’in uçuş ağındaki en uzun sefer olma unvanını geri kazanacak ve dünyanın en uzun kesintisiz tarifeli ticari uçuşlarından biri olacak. 

Emirates’in Dubai’den Auckland’a direkt EK448 sefer sayılı uçuşu 10:05 kalkış yaparak ertesi gün 11:05’te varış yapacak. Dönüş seferi ise Auckland’tan 21:15’te kalkacak ve ertesi gün 05:25’te Dubai’ye varacak. Uçuş saatleri yerel saatlere göre belirtilmiştir.

Emirates’in Kuala Lumpur’a gerçekleştirdiği A380 seferi, EK 346 sefer sayısıyla Dubai’den 03:30’da kalkarak 14:35’te Kuala Lumpur’a varacak. EK 343 sefer sayılı uçuş ise Kuala Lumpur’dan 01:45’te kalkarak 05:05’te Dubai’ye varacak.
