The event will take place at the Istanbul Congress Center under the theme “Inspiring Flavours”, aiming to unite chocolate makers, pastry chefs, brands and enthusiasts in a two-day programme celebrating creativity and innovation in chocolate.

Organised in Turkey by Sözen Group, Salon du Chocolat Istanbul is designed as both a business platform and a public event, bringing together industry professionals and chocolate lovers.

Global pastry stars expected

The event is set to host some of the most recognised names in the international pastry and chocolate scene. Among the chefs expected to appear are Antonio Bachour, Gianluca Fusto, Kevin Lacote and Andrea Tortora, who will share their expertise through talks, demonstrations and workshops.

A programme blending culture, art and gastronomy

Visitors will be able to attend chef panels, creative workshops and pastry competitions, while exhibition areas will showcase the latest products from leading chocolate brands.

The programme will also feature chocolate sculptures and the iconic Chocolate Fashion Show, a runway event where couture pieces made from chocolate are presented — a format that has attracted significant attention at Salon du Chocolat events worldwide.

Platform for industry and enthusiasts

With a structure aimed at both B2B professionals and B2C visitors, the event is expected to provide networking opportunities for chefs, producers, investors and suppliers, while offering chocolate enthusiasts an immersive experience in the world of pastry and confectionery.

Organisers say the event also aims to highlight Turkey’s growing presence in global gastronomy and pastry culture.

By hosting the international event for a second time, Istanbul is expected to strengthen its role as a meeting point for the global chocolate and pastry industry, bringing together culinary creativity, business opportunities and cultural exchange.
