Aktürk Hotels has brought together its four properties under a single umbrella, launching the new brand “AHC Hotels.” As part of this restructuring, Zurich Hotel Istanbul, Grand Beyazıt Hotel, Pierre Loti Hotel, and Villa Zurich Hotel will now operate under the AHC Hotels name.
The brand transformation, led by Founder and Chairman Yaşar Aktürk and Chairwoman Aslı Aktürk Pehlivanlar, was officially introduced at a special launch event held on October 8, 2025. The event brought together prominent figures from the business, arts, and tourism communities, where the new brand identity and AHC Hotels’ plans for the 2025–2026 period were shared with members of the press.
In the new era, the brand aims to unify the service standards of its hotels located in Istanbul’s historic and touristic districts, offering an integrated contribution to the city’s tourism landscape.

Speaking at the event, Chairwoman Aslı Aktürk Pehlivanlar stated that AHC Hotels seeks to bring a fresh perspective to Istanbul’s tourism scene through its modern vision and guest-centered approach:
“With our new brand identity, we aim to offer our guests a more personal, warmer, and higher-quality accommodation experience. By combining Istanbul’s cultural richness with modern comfort, we want each of our guests to both feel the spirit of the city and feel at home.”
Pehlivanlar also emphasized that the hotels operating under the new brand preserve the historical character of their respective neighborhoods while providing a modern guest experience.
She further noted that starting in 2026, the group will focus on new investments in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, saying:
“Following our feasibility studies, we plan to develop projects focused on wellness and retreat tourism. Through concepts such as yoga, meditation, and healthy living retreats, we aim to create facilities that appeal both to domestic tourism and the international market. These investments will not only provide accommodation but also generate value in terms of regional development, sustainable tourism, and local employment.”
Pehlivanlar added that new initiatives in environmental awareness and sustainability are also on the agenda, with hotels set to strengthen their energy efficiency measures and local production–based procurement policies.
Sharing her vision for the brand’s future, Aslı Aktürk Pehlivanlar concluded:
“As AHC Hotels & Resorts, we continue to strengthen our position in both the national and international markets with a distinctly local brand identity. Our goal is to offer visitors to Istanbul not just accommodation, but an unforgettable experience that captures the soul of the city. We remain committed to contributing to the development of Turkish tourism and helping Istanbul achieve the global recognition it deserves.”
