Coral Travel Group is celebrating its 25th anniversary in the Polish market. As part of this celebration, the Group’s tour operator subsidiary, Coral Travel, held the “Coral Travel Poland – Summer Fest 2024” event with its business partners, including travel agencies and hotel representatives from Poland, as it does every year. About 300 travel agencies from across Poland and 55 hotel representatives from seven different countries gathered for the two-day event, strengthening their partnerships.

During the successful event, Erdem Fidan, Deputy General Director of Sales and Marketing for Coral Travel Poland, shared information about the 2024 summer season activities, plans for the upcoming year, and new destinations. Participating agencies and hotel representatives exchanged knowledge on the industry through various workshops.

“We serve 900,000 Polish tourists”

Kaan Ergün, Vice President responsible for Coral Travel Group’s activities in Poland, stated that their market share in Poland has surpassed 20% over the past 25 years. “Poland is leading among the 10 source markets in Europe where we operate. This year, we are providing holiday services to about 900,000 Polish guests in various countries, including Turkey, Greece, Spain, Egypt, Tunisia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Dominican Republic. We are preparing to host 500,000 Polish guests in Turkey throughout 2024,” he said.

Ergün emphasized that the annual summer festival, which has become a tradition, was highly productive. “Our event not only offered various workshops to participants but also aimed to increase collaboration opportunities between travel agencies and hotel representatives. This meeting, organized by Coral Travel Poland, provides an important platform to strengthen innovations and partnerships in the industry,” he added.

Continued Growth in Europe

Coral Travel Group’s European operations, which began in Poland, have expanded to Germany, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and in 2023, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Romania. With the start of organized holiday sales in the Netherlands, the Group now operates in a total of 10 source markets across Europe. In 2023, Coral Travel served 1.6 million European tourists and aims to host 2 million guests from European source markets this year.
